In Sant Sebastià cape, there is a group of monuments consisting of Sant Sebastià Lighthouse, the defence tower from mediaeval times, the hermitage and a restored Iberian village (Sant Sebastià de la Guarda).
Sant Sebastià Lighthouse is between Tamariu and Llafranc beaches, 175 metres above sea level and it is the lighthouse with the greatest reach along the Catalan coast. The perspective of the sea from its viewpoint allows you to make out the curvature of the Earth, with a view of 180 degrees both ways.
Sant Sebastià Lighthouse is a good starting point from where to take the coastal path from Llafranc to Calella or towards Tamariu, going through Cala Pedrosa, and it is also a good place to start out towards the Can Mina dels Torrents Dolmen.
